Our business and corporate "Website" located at www.task360.app, including subdomains and other websites that include a link to this Privacy Notice; and The Task360 Service, which we provide as an online platform, is a maintenance and management software service for computer-based operations, accessible through our Websites and one or more mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Task360 Service").

This includes violations of any of the terms of this Agreement, especially violations of any warranties or representations.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms limit Task360's liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. Specifically, these Terms do not limit Task360's liability for death or personal injury, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful misconduct.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TASK360 AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS AND LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS) EXCEEDING $50.00 PER USER.

In case applicable law provides a warranty, the liability for the breach of such warranty will be limited as follows: (a) for goods, the replacement of the relevant materials; and (b) for services, the re-provision of the services.

By using the Site, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability outlined in these Terms are reasonable.

Waiver

The waiver of any right or provision under these Terms shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other right, provision, or condition.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and legal disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts in San Francisco, California. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Any information disclosed to Task360 that is not part of an existing and documented confidential business relationship will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and Task360 may freely develop, use, or disclose such information without compensation or restriction. You warrant that you are legally entitled to submit such information and will only do so if you have the legal right to disclose it.
